DMN Healthcare provides supported living accommodation across the east of England to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver care and support that's carefully tailored to each person. From supporting clients in their own homes to working with private landlords and housing associations, we make sure the accommodation is matched to the individual.
We don't believe in a 'one size fits all' approach to care. Instead, bespoke care plans are developed with the input of service users, their families, and medical professionals. Our person-centred plans focus on developing service users' life skills and independence, adapting to their changing needs and preferences whilst providing the continuity and stability they need to thrive.
As many of our service users come from a more secure setting, we support them to develop their independence and set goals. We support clients to go on short breaks, manage their money and attend community groups.
With DMN Healthcare, supported living doesn't mean minimal support - the majority of our sevices are provided 24 hours a day. Our team assists with a range of needs from domestic tasks and daily activities to building and maintaining links with friends, family and communities.
